Finally much anticipated Samsung Galaxy S3 launched today.  The Samsung Galaxy S3 has 4.8inch Super AMOLED capacitive touch screen with a screen resolution of 720*480 pixels. This new Samsung flagship smartphone runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS and powered by Samsung's own quad core chip running  at 1.4GHz.

Samsung Galaxy S3 has 8MP rear camera which similar to S2 resolution. However there are lot of improvements such as zero shutter lag and burst mode which enables the phone to take 20 photos in one go.S3 also features 2MP front facing camera for video calling and face detection.

Cost of Samsung Galaxy S3: Vodafone and Orange offer the Galaxy S III for free with a 2-year contract costing at least £38.50/month (for 800 minutes, 3000 texts) and £36/month respectively (for 600 minutes, 3000 texts).O2 requires you to pay at least £99 upfront and sign a £37/month deal, but it does offer unlimited texting along with 600 minutes. Samsung Galaxy S3 sim free version price is not yet revealed.
