Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 is a dual sim Android smartphone from Samsung. It has the almost similar design and specification as that of Galaxy Y. Samsung Galaxy Y duos is the most affordable Dual sim Android phone from the Galaxy Series smartphones.
Karbonn smart A9 is the Dual sim Android Phone from the Karbonn. It has lot of features and specifications with which it is ready face competition from Galaxy Y Duos. Here is a Specification wise comparison between Karbonn Dual sim Android smartphone and Dual sim Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Summary: Karbonn A9 smart is performs much better in terms of Specifications. It has better screen size and resolution, good camera and front facing camera, good battery and decent 1GHz processor. Specification wise without any doubt Karbonn A9 has clear edge. However Samsung Galaxy series has brand reputation and good number service centers all over the world. Karbonn A9 has limited service centers and yet growing manufactures.
